Snagged my last one!

Sad to see that the therapy bags are no longer a product being sold by Love My Mat BUT i think the bags are fantastic and I own several. The length of them is absolutely best feature for me and the ease with which I can make this a hot or cold therapy bag.

I find it very calming. I heat it in a tea towel at 200 in oven for 20 mins and it
is toasty warm to wrap around my neck and shoulders

I own a few of the therapy bags but use them as body heaters…buying the replacement bag has enabled me to have one in the freezer and ready for when my migraine hits and I need a cold one to put on my forehead and a warm one under my feet.

The only thing I find is I’m fighting a little bit with sliding my B Mat into the bag, the video shows how easy the bag is but I’m not sure if it’s a B Mat..otherwise it’s handy to put blocks and blanket in

I'm sorry it's not super easy to get your B Mat into our bag. Here's the best way to do it...
Put one strap over your shoulder and let the bag hang on a bit of an angle.
Then put the end of the mat into the lowest corner of the bag... really push it into the bottom corner.
Then it should 'fall' into the bottom of your bag a bit more easily.

Instant comfort

Love the therapy bag. The length has made all the difference. Recipe for instant comfort? Microwave, wrap around neck, place on a chair seat to target my lower back or put under my stocking feet - and there you have it!

This therapy bag is wonderful, excellent quality material and the weight is fabulous. It heats well and maintains the temperature very well too. I love that it is sectioned off for distribution. I’m would most certainly recommend it.

Great Therapy Bag!

The therapy bag I purchased is awesome. It's a great size for across my shoulders and it soothes my stiff neck.

An essential in my menstrual care kit!

I love using my therapy bag for heat treatments while on my period. I mostly get cramps and aches on my left side so the shape and size of the bag conveniently wraps perfectly around my abdomen and back. I also use it to keep my feet warm in bed at night which not only feels great, but is good for shortening the length of my period. Me and my family members also use it to help with headaches and neckaches. You just can't go wrong having one of these at home!
