Care Instructions
Machine wash cover in cold and hang to dry.
Do not let inner pillow get wet. If it does - lay it out to dry in the sun or another dry environment until it fully dries.

... but now that I am using it, I wonder how I left it off my list of an essential prop. I finally bought them as my yoga studio (which I attend remotely) added 'strength' classes and I didn't have 2.5 lb weights. Not only do they function nicely as weights, I find I am using them to help weight a limb which allows for more ease in the pose. I also use them as knee pillows. So while I could not see the utility of owning 2.5 lb weights for a one off 'strength yoga class', these make sense! Nicely made and this color is most serene and the texture works for a hand weight.

The weights are great for my yoga practice. I use them to feel grounded during Savasana. I also use them for more weight on my legs in butterfly pose. I also like them for knee padding as well. This is a very versatile tool. I really love the colour and quality of your weights and I would recommend them!

Nice fabric, well constructed, perfect weight. Great to hold during shavasana. Maybe a thin fabric strap down the middle of one side (similar to what you have at the end of a bolster) would help to grip it/keep it in the hand for more active use.
