Dream Hand Weights

The Dream fabric, made with 95% wool, is durable and comfortable without the typical scratchiness of wool. This textile was originally created for covering airline seats, you can trust these Hand Weights to last.

Care Instructions
Machine wash cover in cold and hang to dry.
Do not let inner pillow get wet. If it does - lay it out to dry in the sun or another dry environment until it fully dries.

... but now that I am using it, I wonder how I left it off my list of an essential prop. I finally bought them as my yoga studio (which I attend remotely) added 'strength' classes and I didn't have 2.5 lb weights. Not only do they function nicely as weights, I find I am using them to help weight a limb which allows for more ease in the pose. I also use them as knee pillows. So while I could not see the utility of owning 2.5 lb weights for a one off 'strength yoga class', these make sense! Nicely made and this color is most serene and the texture works for a hand weight.

The weights are great for my yoga practice. I use them to feel grounded during Savasana. I also use them for more weight on my legs in butterfly pose. I also like them for knee padding as well. This is a very versatile tool. I really love the colour and quality of your weights and I would recommend them!

The hand weights are a great addition to Savasana and I love that they match my Zabuton, my mediation cushion, and my sandbag. The fabric is attractive and seems very durable.

Nice fabric, well constructed, perfect weight. Great to hold during shavasana. Maybe a thin fabric strap down the middle of one side (similar to what you have at the end of a bolster) would help to grip it/keep it in the hand for more active use.
