This Long & Lean Bolster is 100% handmade in Ontario, providing the perfect luxury essential for healthy and mindful living. With its unique shape and generous length, the Bolster offers comfortable support for any yoga pose, allowing you to practice deeply with ease.
Covered in rescued upholstery fabric. We're pretty sure there is a high cotton content with some polyester and other mixed fibres potentially.

HOW TO USE
- Supported Bridge Pose
Place bolster under back of pelvis & relax into it - Supported Child's Pose
Lay your stomach and chest over the bolster with your arms on either side, relax, and enjoy - Supported Fish Pose
Sit in front of bolster with short end close to spine. Lay spine over bolster, tuck chin, extend arms to comfortable distance & soften everything
